A Letter from Dr. M

March 23, 2020

To Our Patients, Families & Friends,

We want you to know how much we deeply care about your safety and health and we will continue to provide the treatment and support that you deserve through the COVID-19 crisis.

Your Safety and Peace of Mind

For many of you, there will be a hiatus in your active clinical treatment. We will miss you, but we haven’t left you.

We are available for our patients by phone, text, email and video calls. Please check your social media for communications from our team.

If I determined it is in your best interest to be seen after assessing the current conditions of COVID 19 at that time, I will address these problems in our office and without clinical assistance.

We follow all CDC and universal precautions and in addition, I was able to secure a bioprotective suit and an N95 mask/respirator for your protection. I want you to be assured, if I can find the instruments and other items on my own, we will be just fine😉… if not I’ll give my staff a call. (I am convinced my staff move things around for purposes of job security.)

Live Video Calls!!!

If we are unable to address your concerns by phone, we may have you schedule a live video call. Please call the office first as we may need to review your records and make decisions accordingly. You may be asked to take some photos and send to our office for additional information.
Our priority is to take care of our existing patients and keep our community safe. However, if this is a good time to consider orthodontic treatment, we would be happy to schedule a virtual consultation.

Moving Forward

Even if the corona pandemic is longer and harder than we hope, we will get through this. We will deeply miss the ones we lost but also appreciate more of what we have.
In time, we will all be smiling once more. That may then be the time to get the smile you have always wanted. If so, we will be here for you.
You have trusted me with your health and your smile, and I will not let you down no matter how difficult times may be. That’s my promise. Best of health and see you soon.

God Bless,

Dr. Larry Majznerski
