• If loose or broken appliances are causing discomfort, we have an emergency phone number seven days a week that you will be given once you begin your orthodontic treatment.

• Sometimes discomfort caused by a wire on your braces can be resolved by covering it with the wax you were given at the time your braces were placed, however, if you are in pain and discomfort that cannot wait for the next business day, call the emergency phone number.
